Please read this user agreement prior to using this service. By using the WantedInBoston.com website and services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between WantedInBoston.com (“Wanted In Boston”) and you, your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (“You”), and is effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of WantedInBoston.com website (“Website”) and services (“Services”). The Agreement explains WantedInBoston.com’s obligations to You and Your obligations to WantedInBoston.com in relation to the Website or Services You purchase and/or use. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement or to modify any features of these Services at any time. By registering for these Services and/or continuing to use these Services after the posting of Notices regarding such changes, you agree to be bound by such changes.

This Agreement as well as any additional Wanted In Boston policies, together with all modifications thereto, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between You and Wanted In Boston concerning Your use of Wanted In Boston’s Website and Services, and supersedes and governs all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. By purchasing Wanted In Boston’s Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other policies or agreements made part of this Agreement by reference, as well as any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Wanted In Boston may establish from time to time, and any agreements that Wanted In Boston is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future.

In addition to transactions entered into by You on Your behalf, You also agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement for transactions entered into on Your behalf by anyone acting as Your Agent, and transactions entered into by anyone who uses the account You've established with Wanted In Boston, whether or not the transactions were in Your behalf.

You represent that you have read and agree to abide by the WantedInBoston.com Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
CHANGES - You agree that Wanted In Boston may modify this agreement from time to time. You agree to be bound by any changes Wanted in Boston may reasonably make to this agreement.
PURPOSE - The WantedInBoston.com website is not the typical merchant website. WantedInBoston.com provides the advertising space for businesses and individuals both, to offer for sale, goods and services. We are not involved in the transaction between the buyers and the sellers and make no warranties for any product or service advertised here. We have no control over the accuracy of advertisements, legality, quality, safety, or availability of the items or services advertised.
INTERACTIONS - Your interactions with individuals and/or companies found through the Service are entirely between you and the individuals and/or the companies you have chosen. You agree that Wanted In Boston shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damage of any type that incurred as a result of Your dealings with individuals and/or companies. If a dispute arises between participants of this site or any third party, You understand and agree that Wanted In Boston is under no obligation to become involved. In the event of a dispute You hereby release Wanted In Boston, its parent, affiliates, and their members, managers, member managers, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, licensors, from claims, demands for damages, (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, that arise out of or are in any way related to disputes and our Service.
MAINTAIN ACCURATE INFORMATION - You agree to maintain accurate information and provide updates to Wanted In Boston as needed, while you are using Wanted In Boston Services. You agree that Wanted In Boston may use and rely upon information provided by You for all purposes in connection with Your Services, subject to the Wanted In Boston Privacy Policy.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION & SECURITY - You agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and password. You agree that You are entirely responsible all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Wanted In Boston of any unauthorized access to your account, or any other breach of security. You agree that Wanted In Boston will not be liable for any loss that may occur as a result of someone using Your account access information, with or without your knowledge. You agree that you could be held liable for losses incurred by Wanted In Boston or another party due to someone else using Your account information. Be sure to keep Your account access information in a secure location. Wanted In Boston disclaims liability for any activity in your account whether it was authorized by You or not.

UNLAWFUL CONDUCT & IMPROPER USE – You agree that as a condition of your use of the Wanted In Boston Website and Service that you will not use them for a purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You also to agree to and comply with any local, state, federal and international laws, or government rules or requirements. Additionally, you agree that if for any reason, Wanted In Boston, needs to take corrective action as a result of Your improper or illegal use of its’ Website or Services, that you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees.

Wanted In Boston reserves the right to disclose any information as deemed necessary in order to satisfy any legal process or government request. Additionally, Wanted In Boston may refuse to post, edit, and/or remove any material with or without notice as it is deemed necessary.

If You have purchased Services, Wanted In Boston is not obligated to monitor Your use of Services, but reserves the right to review the use of the Services and may terminate Services without notice and for any reason.

Wanted In Boston reserves the right to terminate Services if Your use of Services results in legal action, or threatened legal action against Wanted In Boston, its parent, members, affiliates or partners.

Wanted in Boston reserves the right to cancel Your use of the Service if it is determined by Wanted In Boston in its sole discretion that Your use of the Service is connected with spam, illegal activities or morally objectionable material. Morally objectionable activities include, but not be limited to: any activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, threaten, slander or harass third parties; activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which You conduct business; activities designed to encourage unlawful behavior by others, such as hate crimes, terrorism, pornography and child pornography; activities that are tortuous, vulgar, obscene, invasive of the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity of a third party; illegal access to other computers or networks (i.e., hacking); the distribution/spreading of Internet viruses or similar destructive activities; and activities designed to harm or use minors in any way. In the event Wanted In Boston deletes Your Services because they are being used in association with either spam, morally objectionable or illegal activities, no refund will be issued. You agree You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid to Wanted In Boston if, for any reason, Wanted In Boston takes corrective action with respect to Your improper or illegal use of its Services.
CONTENT - You understand that all content, or postings, messages, text, files, images, graphics, photos, video, audio, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, or email and is made available through the Service. You understand that Wanted In Boston does not control, and is not responsible for, Content made available through the Service. The site and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of Wanted In Boston. Wanted In Boston makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Wanted In Boston, its parent, members, member managers, officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, partners, affiliates, agents, or licensors are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to this Service or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in this Service, including and without limitation as a result of a breach of any warranty or other term of this Agreement. Any claim against any of the above, shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of this Service.
You and Wanted In Boston are independent contractors. There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship created by this Agreement.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason at any time.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By using the Wanted In Boston Service and WantedInBoston.com, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.
